All HGL orders are processed within 24 hours. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, you can contact us at support@hollywoodglamlux.com within 2 hours of order placement to cancel your order.

All HGL sales are final, If an item may be considered damaged or defective, please email support@hollywoodglamlux.com with your order number, and a photo of the product. This is extremely important for Customer Support to locate your information and assist you as swiftly as possible. 

Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 7 days from the day of delivery. Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by HGL, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Any product prior to confirmation is not eligible for either. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

All HGL orders are received by and delivered out of our warehouse within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes about 2-5 business days to deliver from the time it leaves our facility. For International orders, within 21 days or more depending on the carrier.

The special ingredient from our magnetic liners is IRON OXIDE, wich is commonly used as a cosmetic ingredient. Iron oxides are cosmetic pigments that originate from natural minerals and are considered both synthetic and mineral when refined. Used to tint sunscreens, create complexion-enhancing makeup shades, and help protect skin from visible light. Iron Oxides are safe for use in coloring products, including cosmetics and personal care products applied to the lips, and the area of the eye. The FDA also includes Iron Oxides on its list of indirect food additives considered Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS )

Super easy 1,2,3 ! We know how life can get so busy so we've created the most EASY - GOING press-on nails kit for on-the-go babes.

Step 1 : Wash and dry your hands and clean any previous polish, gently clean your nails with the alcohol pads.

Step 2 : Push back your cuticles using the cuticle stick.

Step 3 : Apply a layer of glue directly on your nails and one layer on the HGL nails. Align HGL nails with your cuticle line, press firmly and hold for 20 seconds. Clip, if you would like to change the shape or the size to achieve your desired shape. 

Step 1: Soak nails in warm water for 10 minutes. Starting from the side, gently peel off HGL nails using the cutticle stick.

Step 2: Remove any excess glue using a q-tip soAked in alcohol. Do not force removal. Repeat the process if needed. Wash your hands and hydrate your nails using any hand cream.
